How to find the right size

Place your foot on a flat surface, bending your knee at a 120° angle (about half a step beyond 90°). Wrap measuring tape around your thigh (try to hold it about 4 inches or 10 cm above the middle of your kneecap).
Once you have noted the number on your measuring tape, the chart below will help you find the right size for your knee stabilizer.

How to use the product

How to put on the Actimove Sports Edition Knee Stabilizer: Step inside your stabilizer, pull it up your leg and secure the straps
Unfasten all straps (optional: attach the adjustable horseshoe to the inside of the product in the desired position around your knee). Step inside your knee stabilizer and pull it up your leg with the help of the finger loops, until your kneecap is centered in the patella opening. Secure the bottom strap first, followed by the top one. Adjust the stabilizer for a comfortable fit, ensuring that it is snug but not too tight. Check that the stays are properly aligned with the sides of your knee.

How to care for your product

Secure straps before washing. You can hand or machine wash the Knee Stabilizer using a gentle wash cycle (at 40°C/105°F) and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, dry-clean, tumble dry, or iron. Lay the product flat when drying and ensure it is completely dry before use. Avoid using laundry additives like fabric softener, brightener, or stain remover.
